Editing isn't the hard part, but uploading them all is a long process. I've been editing as many photos as I can stand each night, but still only posting the pre-planned 10 per night. This is so I have a buffer. If I get totally burnt out or busy for a few days, I can keep uploading. But since that's the hard part, I'm concerned if I have the motivation to continue. And at the same time, I know I won't quit, because I'm so happy to finally get some work up again. It's been so long since I've really posted anything that my profile is no longer a comprehensive indicator of my skills.
Plus, the uploads have not gone unnoticed. I have a couple new watchers, and a few photographers who have skills far beyond my own have added some of my work to their faves. In a strange way, I'm honored. It makes me feel really good about the work I do, even though I know I'm far from the top in terms of skill. And that little ego boost has been fantastic for me, who used to feel terrible about all the work I did. But that was some time ago, and this is now.
In any case, I'm a little afraid that I won't get my new uploads up tomorrow night, and I'll fall off my schedule. Harry Potter is tomorrow (see previous journal for mini-rantish type thing) and it will occupy much of the time I'm usually updating during. But oh well. I WILL get them up... even if I have to upload 20 the following day! I shudder at the thought.
I wonder if my new watchers are sick to death of alerts yet... they didn't get the warning. >.<
Peace.

And that's a long list....
Avenue Q, Beauty and the Beast (the broadway version has a bunch of awesome songs. Look up "Me" in particular), Hairspray, Mamma Mia!, Spamalot, My Fair Lady, Oliver!, Phantom of the Opera, Spring Awakening, Sweeney Todd, and Wicked. And those are just the soundtracks I have. I'm also reading Les Miserables right now.
And you?
